AGE CONCERN LEICESTER IMPLEMENTS EXCHEQUER FROM IRIS ENTERPRISE SOFTWARE

Age Concern Leicester has purchased IRIS Enterprise Software’s Exchequer business and accounting software from reseller, Oak Software Ltd. The new system will significantly improve the speed and quality of management reporting information within the organisation and will help to ensure that it is compliant with the latest reporting standards.

Age Concern supports people over the age of fifty-five in the UK, ensuring that they get the most from life, providing essential services such as day care and information and advice. It also campaigns on issues like age discrimination and pensions, and works to influence public opinion and government policy about older people.

Age Concern Leicester through it’s paid staff and volunteers provides a wide range of services and facilities for the benefit of retired and older people in the city of Leicester, including day care centres and supervised activities.

The charity had identified that the need to implement a new business and accounting system was critical and selected the product offering from IRIS Enterprise Software on the strength of its core financial modules including the General Ledger, the Sales and Purchase Ledgers and the Cashbook, which are all designed to streamline the report writing process for users.
