Raceform Ltd (part of newspaper publisher Trinity Mirror plc's Sports Division) have gone live with Oak Software's Oak.SUBSCRIBE subscription management system to handle their large and complex subscription and publication propositions.

Jonathan Taylor, Managing Director of Raceform, said: "The challenge to Oak was to deliver a comprehensive subscription management and mail order system to meet our exacting needs. We have now gone live with the system and, without question, Oak have delivered what they promised - a comprehensive suite of software that will enable Raceform to manage and grow these critical areas of our business".

Tim Herbert, Oak's Sales and Marketing Manager, went on to say: "Raceform's brief was simple. They needed to change systems with the minimum of downtime possible without compromising on the system's functionality. It was a tough ask, but we were ready for the challenge. We threw significant resources at the project and now Raceform have a high-quality subscription management system from Oak that will enable them to take their business forward".
